In this case report, we present a subject with primary amyloid myelopathy who presented displaying an unusual clinical manifestation.
The individual's initial symptoms included marked proximal muscle weakness, along accompanied by bladder dysfunction. Analysis of cerebrospinal fluid revealed elevated protein levels suggesting amyloid deposits. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) demonstrated characteristic lesions in the spinal cord consistent with primary amyloid myelopathy.
The management focused on supportive care, including physical therapy and medications to manage symptoms. However treatment, the patient's condition progressed steadily. An Uncommon Presentation of Crohn's Disease: A Case Report
We report a rare case of Crohn's disease in a 35-year-old female presenting with atypical symptoms. The patient initially presented signs of abdominal pain, which were misdiagnosed as a common gastrointestinaldisorder. Further investigation revealed inflammatory bowel disease. The patient received typical treatment for Crohn's disease, including anti-inflammatory medications. The prognosis to treatment was positive.
This case illustrates the necessity of a comprehensive assessment in patients with suspected Crohn's disease, as its presentation can be diverse.

A male/female patient presented to the clinic with a chief complaint/history of symptoms/presenting concern of progressive shortness of breath, cough/dyspnea/respiratory distress. The patient reported a gradual/sudden/insidious onset of symptoms/complaints/manifestations, worsening over the past few months/year/decade. On physical examination, auscultation/palpation/inspection revealed decreased breath sounds in the lower/upper/bilateral lung fields.
Further/Additional/Supplementary investigations included a chest X-ray which demonstrated diffuse/patchy/interstitial opacities consistent with pulmonary fibrosis. A high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) scan of the chest confirmed the diagnosis, revealing honeycombing/fibrotic bands/reticular opacities.
The patient underwent further tests/evaluation/assessments to rule out other potential causes/contributing factors/underlying conditions of pulmonary fibrosis.
